Cancellation
Any cancellation request will be accepted only by email at booking@celebrityhospitality.com. Retention is applied on the booking value as follows:
31+ days before arrival5% retention of booking value
30 – 21 days before arrival20% retention of booking value
20 – 11 days before arrival30% retention of booking value
10 – 6 days before arrival40% retention of booking value
5 – 3 days before arrival50% retention of booking value
Less than 2 days before arrivalNo refund
Good to know
- Room tariff is not inclusive of airport transfer.
- Check-in and check-out times are as advised at the time of booking.
- Rates and packages are subject to availability and season.
- Booking direct with the resort is always the best available rate.
