• Technical data such as your device type, browser, the page you were on, the page that referred you and campaign tags (UTM, Google or Meta click ids) attached to the link you arrived from.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, confirm a booking and plan your visit or event.
• To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about the request you made.
• To understand which campaigns and pages bring guests to us, so we can improve the website and our offers.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations, for example invoicing and guest records required of hotels in India.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a private spreadsheet and booking system accessible only to the resort's reservations and management team. Payment details, where collected, are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and the resort, such as hosting, email, messaging and payment services, and only to the extent needed to serve you. We may disclose information if required by law.
