Terms & Conditions

  •  According to the government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Celebrity Resort. The identification proofs accepted are Driver License, Voter Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in. Office ID and PAN card not accepted as ID Proofs.
  • The primary guest checking in to the resort must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with the resort phone number. You can contact the resort directly for early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by Resort.
  •  This is a couple friendly property. Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the resort management & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the resort management.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged by the resort at the time of check-out.
  • Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the resort
  • Allows private parties or events.
  • Visitors are not allowed.
  • Consumption of outside food beverages and liquor is strictly prohibited at resort premises.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking within the premises is allowed only at designated zones.
  • Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the public area.
  • Credit/Debit cards are accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • The room tariff is not inclusive of Airport Transfer.
  • Any cancellation request will be accepted only by Email.
  • Cancellation given at least 31 days prior to the date of arrival-5% retention of booking value.
  • Cancellation given at least 30-21 days prior to the date of arrival-20% retention of booking value.
  • Cancellation given at least 20-11 days prior to the date of arrival-30% retention of booking value.
  • Cancellation given at least 10-6 days prior to the date of arrival-40% retention of booking value.
  • Cancellation between 5 to 3 days prior to the date of arrival-50% retention of booking value.
  • Cancellation less than 2 days prior to the arrival date – NO REFUND.
